FINALAmerican Samoa - Fiji 74-53 American Samoa fired past Fiji to capture the trophy in Samoa. They edged Fiji in the Final. American Samoa recorded a 24:13 lead ten minutes into the game. Fiji narrowed the gap at 2-point mark at the interval. American Samoa though used a 44:25 second half run to ice the victory. Sarah Toeaina (180-G-96, college: Hawaii) posted 29 points and 12 rebounds for the winners. Leah Salanoa (178-F-97) added 14 points for American Samoa. Letava Whippy (175-G-91, college: LIU Brooklyn) and Valeria Nainima (165-G-86) replied with 15 points each for Fiji.
3-4 PlaceSamoa - Guam 87-85 Samoa nipped Guam to earn the third place at the tournament. Samoa posted a 24:16 lead at the first break. Guam denied the deficit and surged ahead in the next two periods. They ensured a 57:52 advantage at the final break. However Samoa unloaded 35 points in the fourth stanza and snatched the win. Malama Leaupepe (173-G-96) stepped up with impressive 50 points, 21 rebounds and 5 assists for the winning side. Mia San Nicolas (180-C-01) replied with 20 points and 8 rebounds for Guam.

American Samoa recorded a 47:18 halftime advantage and never looked back en route to the win. Jazmine Davis (170-G-93, college: Washington, agency: LBM Management) had 17 points in the victory. Malama Leaupepe (173-G-96) replied with 20 points and 14 rebounds for Samoa.
Fiji - Guam 87-51 Fiji cruised past Guam in the semifinal clash. Fiji dominated from start to finish. They opened the game on a 31:2 run to clear off for good. Valeria Nainima (165-G-86) posted 20 points and 9 rebounds, while Vilisi Tavui (193-C) added 18 points and 14 rebounds in the victory. Joylyn Pangilinan (163-SG-98) replied with 17 points for Guam.

They secured a 6-point lead heading into the fourth term. But Guam used a 21:14 run in the final period to snatch the win. Destiny Castro (168-SG-97) delivered 22 points and 12 rebounds, while Joylyn Pangilinan (163-SG-98) added 16 points for Guam. Ajiah Pepe replied with game-high 30 points for Cook Islands.
Samoa - Tahiti 84-70 Samoa paved their way into the semifinal stage as they beat Tahiti. Samoa grabbed a 44:31 halftime lead. They extended the margin at 18-point mark at the final break and raced to the win. Malama Leaupepe (173-G-96) produced 27 points, 9 rebounds and 7 assists, while Sommer Motufoua (168-G-00) had 12 points in the win. Guam - Tahiti 72-63 Guam outgunned Tahiti to take 2-1 record in Group B. Guam registered an 18:5 lead after ten minutes. They maintained the advantage throughout the reminder of the contest and marched to the win. Destiny Castro (168-SG-97) had 24 points and 17 rebounds for Guam.
