Guam celebrated the title in Apia. They outscored Tahiti in the championship game. Tai Wesley (201-F-86, college: Utah St.) posted 24 points to lead the winners. Guam recorded a 25:15 lead after ten minutes. They unleashed 44 points in the second half to race to the victory. Jesus Cruz (173-PG-85) had 21 points for Guam. Reihiti Sommers (196-G/F-92, college: Hannibal-LG) replied with 22 points for Tahiti.

Fiji - Papua New Guinea 72-49
Fiji stepped onto the pedestal in Apia. They beat Papua New Guinea to earn the Bronze medals. Fiji recorded a 41:16 halftime lead. They protected the advantage throughout the second half and marched to the win. Marques Whippy (192-PF-86, college: BYU-Hawaii) scored 19 points and grabbed 10 rebounds, while Mataika Koyamainavure (203-F-94) added 15 points and 10 rebounds in the victory. Fiji - Tahiti 72-75
Tahiti advanced into the championship game in Apia. They nipped Fiji to enter the Final. Fiji recorded a 39:37 halftime lead. Tahiti held Fiji to just 10 points in the third term to ensure a 2-point lead. They sank 24 points in the fourth stanza to ice the victory. Ariirimarau Meuel (196-G/F-88) notched 26 points, while Derrick Scott (203-G) added 14 points and 9 rebounds in the win. Joshua Fox (198-F-94, college: UC Davis, agency: MKP Management) replied with 20 points and 16 rebounds for Fiji.

Tahiti advanced into the semifinal stage as they beat New Caledonia. Tahiti trailed by 10 points at halftime 24:34. But they turned the tables in the second half. Papau New Guinea reached the semis as they toppled Samoa tonight. Papua New Guinea accumulated a 30:24 halftime lead. They followed with a 20:15 run in the fourth stanza to seal the victory.
