Notice impressive performance of Alexander Abreu (7 points), Ryan Godfrey (8 points), and Ovie Magbegor (2 points).

#1. Alexander Abreu, an experienced Puerto Rican player standing at 5'11'' and playing as a point guard, is 34 years old. He graduated from UWG in 2015 and was a key player in helping them achieve the GSC Regular Season Co-Champion title that year. Currently playing professionally in Puerto Rico, Abreu recently competed for Osos de Manati (8-16) in a game against Gigantes (13-10) in the Puerto Rican Baloncesto Superior Nacional. Despite his efforts, Abreu's team, Osos de Manati, was unable to secure a victory against Gigantes, ultimately falling short with a close score of 82-81 on the road. This defeat marked Osos de Manati's fourth consecutive loss in a row. In this game, Abreu contributed 7 points in 21 minutes of play. In another matchup against Carolina, Abreu showcased his skills by scoring 7 points, grabbing 1 rebound, and providing 1 assist. However, despite his solid performance, his team was unable to secure a win. Throughout this season, Abreu has maintained an average of 4.3 points, 1.2 rebounds, and 1.3 assists per game in the 18 games he has participated in so far.

#2. Experienced Australian basketball player Ryan Godfrey, standing at 6'2'' and 36 years old, a Wolves alumnus from 2014 who currently plays professionally in Australia, played a significant role in securing an impressive win against the 11th-ranked Lightning with a final score of 110-85 in the Australian NBL One (second division) during Saturday night's game. In his 19 minutes on the court, he contributed 8 points to his team's dominant performance. The Rockingham Flames (10-2) currently hold the top spot in the West group, with this victory marking their sixth consecutive win. Godfrey showcased his skills by scoring 8 points against Lakeside L., playing a pivotal role in leading his team to victory in the match. His exceptional performance not only aided his team in triumph but also propelled him to become the champion in the game. Throughout the season, Godfrey has maintained solid statistics, averaging 11.5 points, 1.7 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game over the course of 12 games played so far.

#3. Australian champion Ovie Magbegor, a 6'5'' forward who graduated from UWG in 2018, and currently playing professionally in Australia, played a pivotal role in leading the Eltham Wildcats to a resounding 105-83 victory over the 16th-ranked Diamond Valley Eagles in the Australian NBL One (second division) on Saturday night. Despite only scoring 2 points and grabbing 5 rebounds in 15 minutes, Magbegor's contribution was crucial to his team's success. The Eltham Wildcats, who are currently sitting atop the South group with a record of 10-3, secured their third consecutive win with this impressive performance. This marked Magbegor's seventh season with the team, and he showcased his expertise by delivering essential points against the Diamond Valley Eagles, tallying 2 points, 5 rebounds, and 1 assist. His efforts proved instrumental in securing the victory and ultimately leading his team to triumph as the champion. Throughout this season, Magbegor has maintained an average of 3.2 points per game and 2.3 rebounds per game in the 13 games played so far, showcasing his consistency and value to the team.

#4. Kadeim Jones, a 27-year-old guard standing at 6'3'' and a Wolves alumni from 2022, currently plays professionally in El Salvador. In a recent game, Jones, despite his remarkable performance, was unable to lead Ahuachapan to victory as they were narrowly defeated 78-76 at home by the higher-ranked team, Cojute, who holds the #7 spot in the league standings. Even though Ahuachapan fell short in the game, Jones showcased his skills by emerging as the top scorer with an impressive 30 points. Additionally, he contributed 4 rebounds, 5 assists, and 3 steals during the 40 minutes he played. With only one more game left in the Regular Season, Jones and his team face a crucial upcoming match. Throughout the season, Jones has maintained exceptional individual performance, averaging 24.7 points per game, ranking third best in the league. He also boasts averages of 7.5 rebounds, 3.8 assists, and leads the league with 3.8 steals per game in the 17 games he has played so far. It is worth noting that Jones is a naturalized Laotian player, adding to his unique background and versatility on the court.

#5. Stephaun Branch, a 6'5'' guard who graduated from UWG in 2017 and received the All-GSC Second Team award that year, currently plays professionally in Indonesia. In a recent game, he was a key player for the Borneo Hornbills in their thrilling 93-91 victory over the seventh-ranked Kesatria.
