#1. Mia Loyd (5'11''-F-1994, graduated '2016, plays pro in Australia) could not help RedCity Roar (2-2) in their last game. Despite her very good performance the ninth-placed RedCity Roar (2-2) was crushed104-76 in a derby game by the higher-ranked (#7) Brisbane Spartans in the NBL1 North group. Loyd had a double-double by scoring 33 points and getting 11 rebounds. She also added 5 assists and 5 steals (went 10 for 10 at the free throw line !!!) in 37 minutes. But this is still an early stage of the season and everything may happen. Loyd has individually a very good year with high stats. She averages 24.5ppg, 11.3rpg, 4.3apg and 1.5spg in four games she played so far.
#2. Makailah Dyer (5'9''-G, graduated '2017, plays in Australia) was not able to help Perth Redbacks (5-4) in their last game on Saturday. Despite her very good performance the eighth-placed Perth Redbacks (5-4) were defeated 86-78 on the road by the higher-ranked Hawks (#7) in the NBL1 West group. Dyer was the top scorer with 25 points. She also added 5 assists. The Regular Season already ended. This season Dyer has very high stats. She averages 23.3ppg, 4.2rpg and 2.7apg.
#3. Samantha Roscoe (6'3''-F-1995, graduated '2017, currently in Australia) led Warwick Senators to an easy victory against the 13th-ranked Suns (1-7) crushing them 102-57 in the Australian State League (second division) on Saturday night. She scored 14 points, had 9 rebounds and dished 6 assists in 24 minutes. Warwick Senators (6-2) are placed second in NBL1 West group. It was her team's third consecutive victory in a row. The Regular Season already ended. Roscoe has relatively good stats this year 13.5ppg, 9.0rpg and 4.5apg in two games. She has also Australian nationality.
