Vante Hendrix, a 6'5'' guard who graduated from CSUN in 2022 and currently plays professionally in Lebanon, demonstrated his prowess on the basketball court by leading Hoops Club to a 93-87 victory over the closely-ranked Al Markaziyyah in the Lebanese Decathlon Lebanese Basketball League. Not only did he secure the win for his team, but he also earned the title of MVP for his outstanding performance. In just 30 minutes of play, Hendrix showcased his skills by scoring 22 points, pulling down 4 rebounds, delivering 4 assists, and making 2 blocks. Hoops Club, currently standing at third place in the league with a record of 14-8, has been on an impressive winning streak, securing their fourth consecutive victory. With only two games remaining until the end of the Regular Season, each upcoming match is crucial for the team's standings. Hendrix's remarkable season is evident in his impressive stats, averaging 20.3 points, 7.0 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.3 steals per game. His consistent performance highlights his talent and determination as a champion and finalist in the league.

Micheal Warren, a 30-year-old former Matadors alumni from 2018 standing at 6'5'' and playing as a forward/guard, proved to be the standout player in Gaiteros' recent match against the sixth-ranked Marinos in the Venezuelan Superliga Profesional de Baloncesto. Warren's impressive performance helped Gaiteros secure a 79-75 victory on Tuesday night. He contributed significantly to the game by scoring 17 points, snatching 8 rebounds, and providing 2 assists in 37 minutes of play. Gaiteros de Zulia, with a commanding record of 20-3, currently holds the top spot in the league standings. Warren's exceptional display on the court against Marinos highlighted his skills and leadership, demonstrating why he is a champion. Throughout the season, Warren has maintained solid statistics, averaging 10.7 points per game, 3.5 rebounds per game, 2.2 assists per game, and 1.8 steals per game. His consistent performance and valuable contributions make him a key player for his team as they strive for success in the league.
